As President & Chief Executive Officer for NCG Hospitality, Jeff Lenz sets the growth and strategic expectations for the organization to ensure the success of a premier hospitality management and development company. He is responsible for the preparation and administration of NCG’s Asset Management Strategy, through the entire life cycle, from acquisition to disposition, of all property to include the ongoing development and strategic implementation of all asset related initiatives within the NCG business plan. Jeff is also responsible for driving overall performance through the oversight of capital projects, equity sourcing, diversification and recapitalization of a growing family owned and managed real estate portfolio.
After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Jeff went on to earn his Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He began his career at NCG Hospitality as a Real Estate Analyst in 1995, and before moving into his current position, he also worked as an Associate for the mortgage banking firm Eberhardt Company in Denver, Colorado and Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Jeff is currently serving on the board of the greater Madison Chamber of Commerce and past member of Hilton’s Product Advisory Council. He is also very active in real estate and the local community as a member of the Urban Land Institute and the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association in addition to being a Key Club Member of the United Way of Dane County. Jeff enjoys spending spare time with his wife and three sons and their many athletic endeavors. He is also a licensed pilot and acts as co-pilot of NCG’s corporate aircraft.
