Below you will find a comprehensive list of what benefits NCG Hospitality management and corporate team members are eligible for.

  • Health Care – The health care plan provides comprehensive coverage designed to include your basic medical needs. Preventive and Wellness Benefits are covered at 100% when you visit an in-network provider.  The plan includes robust inpatient and outpatient coverage, Telehealth access, and prescription drug coverage.   Additionally, it includes a wellness program that includes fitness center membership discounts, active lifestyle incentives, and smoking cessation benefits.
  • Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) – An HRA is designed to assist in paying for the NCG health care plan deductible.
  • Dental – The comprehensive PPO style dental plan is designed to cover 100% of diagnostic and preventative services. Coverage is also available for basic and major dental services, along with coverage for children’s orthodontics.
  • Vision – The vision plan covers 100% of your annual exam, including spectacle and standard contact lens exams. It also includes allowances for frames, lenses, and contacts.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts –
    • Health FSA: The Health FSA account is a benefit that allows you to withhold a portion of your paychecks BEFORE TAXES are taken to use to pay for out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision expenses.
    • Dependent Care FSA: The Dependent Care FSA is an benefit that allows you to withhold the cost of your childcare services from your paycheck BEFORE TAXES.
  • Health Savings Account – A HSA allows you to save money and withdraw tax-free when used to pay for qualified medical expenses like deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and more.
  • Supplemental Benefits –
    • Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability – These plans provide coverage for total disability due to non-occupational accident or sickness.
    • Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan – A limited form of life insurance provided to employees at no cost.
    • Voluntary Term Life Insurance – A supplemental life insurance plan that allows you to voluntarily elect life insurance for yourself, your spouse and your child(ren).
  • Employee Assistance Program – This program is designed to assist you with finding help and resources for the everyday challenges effecting you at work and home as well as for more serious issues involving emotional and physical well-being.
  • Assist America (Travel Assistance) – When you travel anywhere in the world, this program will assist if an emergency arises. It can support you in cases of lost prescriptions and passports, referrals to English-speaking medical provides, and more!
  • Identity Protection Program – A plan that provides identity monitoring and alerts. The comprehensive protection includes identity theft reimbursement insurance and stolen funds reimbursement.
  • Healthy Lifestyle Reimbursement Program – A program that reimburses a portion of health club memberships and healthy lifestyle activity costs.
  • Employee Discount Program – A discount program designed to provide you and your family discounts on local and travel destinations and entertainment.
  • Tobacco Cessation Reimbursement – A program that reimburses a portion of your tobacco cessation program costs.
  • Retirement Plan – A 401(k) style plan that supports both traditional and Roth contributions. Employer match of the contributions is made at the discretion of the company.
