As Corporate Director of Sales, Jen’s primary goal is to create and maintain a culture of sales success that drives us to achieve our top line revenue goals and overall market performance. From the recruiting, coaching and developing of our sales managers to leveraging our teams talent and collective knowledge across the company to achieve our desired sales outcomes, Jen is committed to working closely with our Sales Managers, General Managers and Regional Directors of Sales and Regional Vice President’s of Operations ensuring all have the tools & resources necessary to succeed.
Jen started her career in hospitality in 1996 after graduating from Valparaiso University. She joined NCG in 2002. In her time with North Central Group she has been a part of numerous hotel opening teams and played a vital role in creating the vision for our centralized sales office in the Madison market. Jen is a current member of Executive Agenda and the Wisconsin Chapter of American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Women in Lodging. Jen’s favorite NCG Core Value is FUN!
