Andy Inman serves as the Chief Development Officer for NCG Hospitality. He leads the company’s development, design and construction of all development, renovation execution, and capital projects for any new and existing NCG Hospitality projects. His duties also include working closely with the Chief Asset Officer and CEO on market analysis and feasibility/financial analysis on development projects.
Prior to joining NCG Hospitality, Andy has held several senior positions in the real estate industry.
He is currently a member of Downtown Madison, Inc and Smart Growth Greater Madison, Inc. Additional community involvement has been as a board member of American Council of Engineering Companies, Madison Area Builders Association and other community service groups.
Andy graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and holds an inactive Professional Engineer license. He has many hours of continuing education in Planning, Design, Construction and Real Estate Development.
Andy is married with three boys and he enjoys coaching and supporting them in their activities, including as a boat driver for the MadCity Water Ski Team.
