My first stay ever at any Hampton Inn. Wonderful people who greeted us each time we were going in and out. The room was really spacious, comfortable and beautiful. We had a relaxing 2 night stay during the Memorial Day weekend. Breakfast was enjoyable too! Would definitely be staying at another Hampton Inn for my next trip, based on this experience.

On the question of VALUE, if I could give you an 11 or 12 I would! I never booked the queen suite before, but it was marvelous. My sister has to use a cane and average sized rooms can be a challenge, but this was wonderful.

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel. When I'm back in the area, this will be the first place I look. First, the staff...they are all awesome. Everyone says hi, from the front desk to the housekeeper walking down the hall who isn't even quite yet on shift. The whole place is very clean and feels very new.

This is my second time at this hotel and even though it's a small drive to the many places I need to travel, the hotel is well worth it. This is just north of Phoenix but quickly accessible to all areas. I will not go anywhere else.

I am a long time customer of your hotel, having basically lived there for 15 months while working for CUNA as a contractor. Whenever I'm in Madison, I stay there and always find the staff super helpful and pleasant. The remodeling is very nice and the whole experience is reliably pleasant.

This hotel's staff and management were all on the same page, and they appeared to be authentic in their enthusiasm to make my stay terrific. Any hotel would profit from an in-service from this group. This is by far the nicest hotel experience i have had in years. Everyone from the young man cleaning the elevator door to JP the General Manager were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to smile, say hello and be sure i was taken care of. Just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at your Fairfield East last week.  What a nice hotel and the staff was over the top accommodating to us! They decorated the lobby for us, even made posters with our logo on them. Many parents from our team told me how outstanding the staff was.  "Best hotel we ever stayed at", I heard numerous times. I will surely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay with a team in the future. Thanks a bunch, it was fun.

Other than a bed & breakfast stay a few years back I have NEVER experienced a better hotel stay! The quality, the value, and most especially the service from your staff was beyond a 10 and absolutely fantastic! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Phoenix.
