Just a quick note to let you know how much I love staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. At the end of January, every year, I join a group (Scrapaholics Anonymous) for a long weekend at your Inn in Middleton.  Everything is always top notch, from the facilities to the services.  I always particularly impressed by how friendly and helpful every single employee is, from those at the front desk to the staff who keeps our rooms so sparkling clean.  More recently I spent 5 nights, with my family, at the Inn in Maple Grove, MN. My experience there was the same and in fact, the breakfast hostess was outstanding.  Her name is Dara and I believe you already know who she is!  Whatever kind of customer service training you have in place is highly successful.
