What I do each day

As a server at our busy Madison/Middleton hotel, I'm responsible for making sure that our guests have the best experience possible at our restaurant, and have a positive overall impression of their stay with us. I like interacting with other people and I enjoy the fast-paced environment, which makes this job ideal for me.

What I like best about my job

I enjoy serving our guests and making sure they're taken care of. It's good money, and I appreciate how the staff all gets along so well. It's nice to come to work every day when everyone has such a positive attitude.

Why The North Central Group

I left my last job for more hours and more money, and I've been at The North Central Group for four years now. It's a good company to work for. The corporate team cares about us, the managers at the hotel care about us, and the money is good and consistent.

Living in Madison/Middleton, WI

The greater Madison area has a number of restaurants, many hotels, and plenty of things to do downtown and in the surrounding areas. I also appreciate the variety of people in the city.
