What I do each dayMy day begins by spending time with our guests and my team members. From there, it's concentrating on revenue and expense opportunities for the Phoenix West/Glendale hotel. This may entail making sales calls, analyzing reports, forecasting and collaborating with the sales staff. In the afternoon and early evening, it's my opportunity to again interact with my team, as well as greet our guests as they check in to our hotel for the evening. In essence, I do whatever it takes to ensure we all have an enjoyable and prosperous day at the hotel. What I like best about my jobBeing a part of The North Central Group. The company has an ideal balance of looking at the big picture while not neglecting the little details; they "get it." Our team members make it happen, day in and day out.
