What I do each day
It's hard to describe what I do each day because there is always something different, new and exciting that happens at the hotel, which is why I love my position at Hilton Garden Inn-Rockford. I truly enjoy the contact I have with our guests—welcoming them to our wonderful hotel, getting to know our repeat guests, and meeting and even exceeding their expectations.
What I like best about my job
With 14 years in customer service and 10 years in hospitality, I was looking for advancement within a growing company, and I found it. Plus, the benefits are great. I enjoy the opportunity to stay at and experience other North Central Group hotels, the quarterly bonus that we receive for doing a great job, our hotel team member recognition events and, of course, the holiday party.

Living in Rockford, IL
Shopping, museums, gardens...there is always something to do year-round. Being centrally located to Chicago, Madison and Milwaukee, as well as the Quad Cities, makes Rockford a great place to live and work.
