The hotel was excellent and the service and staff were outstanding, we have never stayed in a hotel that was as nice. A pat on the back needs to be given to all staff at the hotel for their care.

What I do each day
My typical day here at our Omaha SW/LaVista hotel entails greeting our guests in the morning, checking hotel productivity reports, taking a leadership role in our all-staff daily huddle, prospecting for new business and setting appointments with clients for site visits. I also have the opportunity for networking and prospecting by regularly attending hospitality and community-related events.
What I like best about my job
First and foremost, the culture. North Central Group puts their team members first. From the owners, the corporate team, the regional managers, to the hotel team members, all are very approachable to collaborate, assist and give guidance.

Omaha is a great city. It offers a wide range of cultural and sporting events, as well as excellent dining. It's a metropolitan city with friendly people and solid Midwestern values.
