Advisory Board

In 2011, North Central Group formed an Advisory Board for the purpose of providing an external prospective on our business as a group of family owned companies. The primary responsibilities of the Advisory Board include:

• Evaluate and advise on strategic direction
• Share valuable wealth of experience, expertise and networking connections
• Provide prospective on growth, financing, ownership and capital structures
• Review and collaborate on the business strategy of the companies
• Act as a sounding board to help evaluate new ideas, directions and initiatives
• Provide advice to the Executive Management Team on acquisitions, divestitures, performance of key executives, and executive compensation
• Provide advice in the objective planning and managing of the family succession and continuity process
• Ask lots of questions!
