About Us

I am staying at this hotel for the first time. My stay is a 4 night stay and the very first night I arrived I was greeted warmly with a lot of enthusiasm. When I got to my room I was amazed at the room but it's more than the room. It's all the amenities that come with the hotel! Breakfast and dinner are great. I have had the best service from the staff and their is one member I have quiet enjoyed and has been warm, welcoming, enthusiastic and has the BEST customer service skills ever. His name is Nicholas Wagner. He was incredibly helpful on my first night and every evening after I come back from work. He is a great asset to this hotel.

Founded in 1981 by our Chairman, David A. Lenz, we currently manage more than 25 hotels under multiple franchise brands within the families of Hilton and Marriott Hotels. The company is based in Madison, Wisconsin, and operates hotels throughout the Midwest and Southwest. Dave Lenz brings more than 30 years of experience to the operation of The North Central Group, including extensive knowledge of hotel development, income property finance, and management. Managing nine hotels in excess of 1,100 total guest rooms in the greater Madison, Wisconsin, market alone makes us one of the largest hotel companies in the area.

Management

North Central Managment, Inc., is the entity within The North Central Group that manages the day-to-day operations of our company-owned hotels, and North Central Hospitality, LLC, handles hotel management services for other hotel owners and investors. To both entities, positive performance is an absolute. It's an indication of success, and our hotel owners expect it. Our Gross Operating Profit (GOP) percentage results in our owners and investors experiencing a positive return on their investment. Development, Renovation, and Construction Management
North Central Group Hotel Investors, LLC, is the entity within the company responsible for the development, construction, and renovation of all hotels within our portfolio. We have developed over 50 select- and full-service lodging facilities over the last 30 years, and continue to evaluate new development and acquisition opportunities throughout the United States.

North Central Mortgage, Inc. is the commercial mortgage banking entity within The North Central Group dedicated to serving the financing needs of income property owners, developers and lenders.
