The company is based in Madison, Wisconsin, and operates hotels throughout the Midwest and Southwest. Dave Lenz brings more than 30 years of experience to the operation of The North Central Group, including extensive knowledge of hotel development, income property finance, and management. Managing nine hotels in excess of 1,100 total guest rooms in the greater Madison, Wisconsin, market alone makes us one of the largest hotel companies in the area.
