A few weekends ago the Middleton Wings Mite A Team stayed at your hotel. I just wanted to let you know how happy I was with the service your staff provided. I would like to particularly mention one member of your staff, Melissa. I asked Melissa if it would be possible to place the kids (who were playing knee hockey in the hallway) in a vacant room in order to avoid upsetting any of your other guests in the hotel. Not only did Melissa make a room available, she also had the beds moved out of the room for the kids to have an open floor to continue their knee hockey game. It was perfect! The kids were in a safe and contained area and your other guests weren't bothered by a bunch of kids playing and being loud in the hallways. Thanks again and thanks to Melissa.
